Dorcas is a professional Cordon Bleu chef and loves to create her own dishes as well as cook traditionally using local ingredients from local Welsh suppliers. Many of the ingredients used are our own home grown fruits, vegetables and salads.

Beeton For Time is a well established family catering business run by Dorcas Cresswell and based in Felindre, near Hay on Wye in The Brecon Beacons National Park.

Beeton For Time can cater for a whole range of parties and special family occasions, tailored to your own special dietary needs including a large vegetarian selection of choices. We always willing to advise and help you choose from our imaginative and delicious home-cooked menus or help you create your own.

Food for the freezer. Individual items may be purchased for the freezer and frozen down for use at your own convenience when you feel like something special!

China plates, cups & saucers, cutlery and table-clothes can be hired from us for your special occasion.
